DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. This place is a textbook example of a setup that drains your money with hidden fees. They require a $250 deposit just to access dishes. The room had an ant infestation, the dishwasher didn’t work, and the lampshades were damaged with visible holes. Towels? Don’t count on it—they’re rarely available. Management appears inconsistent and arbitrary with policies. There’s a $50 early check-in fee before 3 PM and an additional $25 fee if you extend your stay through a third-party booking. The front desk experience was also poor—staff were unprofessional and difficult to work with. What looks like a budget-friendly option quickly becomes expensive once all the surprise charges are added. For the same total cost, you could stay somewhere nearby with far better quality and service. Breakfast is minimal—prepackaged honey buns and bananas. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different extended stay.

The hotel was half disaster and half nice. The lobby was super nice. The room bathroom was really nice. The bed was comfy. But many other areas were battered and shabby. The fridge shelves were rusty. The kitchenette has no utensils, cookware, plates, cups, or anything like that. Zero. We had no hot water the first morning and it would not get fixed until after we had to leave for the day. The "hot" breakfast wasn't ready yet so we got a bag with a banana, a granola bar, a honey bun, and a small SunnyD. I had to hunt across many floors to finally find an icemaker that worked after the first several did not. I will certainly never stay here again.

Not expecting much for the price but still was surprisingly underwhelmed for a studio style Wyndham property. The room comes with a full kitchen but came with no plates, no silverware, no paper towels etc so I couldn’t even heat leftovers without getting paper plates from the staff. The room chair was positioned in such a way that it blocked the entire far side of the bed so you would need to crawl over on that side. The coffee maker wasn’t plugged in and I had to crawl under the desk and untie the plug but then there was no socket for it. Room was clean. Very bare bones and it’s a 7/10 not an 8.8 or anywhere close to that.

Although the property is very well maintained and they are going through renovations I was not pleased with my stay there. Front desk personel need more training in customer service and conflict resolution. Another client had some problems with his room and the clerk could care less. I didn't bring up mine because of it. The light walking into rm 211 was out, no pen available in the room, only one trash can. Nothing in the vanilty area to put trash. Body wash container in shower was out, no dirty clothes bag in closet. Kitchenette did not have any plates or utensils to use (so what was the point of having a Kitchenette) I did request a walkin shower on my reservation and was given one due to medical necessity which was welcomed. Don't think I will be staying at this property again. When checking out I asked the front desk clerk if they could put a card in with their outgoing mail. I was asked how long I was staying and replied I was checking out. I was asked what I want done with the card if they could not mail it out. Frustrated I just took the card and found the nearest post office. 😡

This a family oriented hotel. It was freshly remodeled and very clean! Short walk from the car to cart luggage. Parking is gated which is really nice! Grab and go breakfast was perfect for the morning! Full size refrigerator and even a cooktop! Spacious and comfortable!
