The room served our purposes, we were outdoors all day and just slept there. It was disappointing after booking, we received an email from hotel management with check in instructions and stating there was "a free HOT breakfast in the lobby from 7-9:30am" Upon check in we learned this was not true.

This is a charming old motel that has been updated with modern conveniences such as a microwave and refrigerator. It is very conveniently located in Moab and a hot tasty breakfast is included. There is free parking right on the site. I would stay there again!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights while visiting the National Parks. We enjoyed the location and the daily breakfast was very good with hot items and baked goods. It was a good place to use as a base for our sightseeing. The only comment I would make is that the air conditioner was a bit loud.
