The dining room is classically designed, with a silver-leaf ceiling that resembles a lapping shore. Located on the 4th floor of the hotel, the restaurant’s full-length windows offer incredible views of the city and ocean, with Victoria Harbour and Kowloon in the distance.

Dishes are meticulously prepared and presented in an elegant manner. Lunchtime at Lung King Heen sees extensive dim sum selections and executive lunch sets. Many classic dumplings are infused with premium ingredients – standouts include the baked whole abalone puff with diced chicken, crispy spring rolls with shrimp roe and crab meat, and steamed shrimp dumplings with cuttlefish and lily bulbs.

Lung King Heen also offers a chef’s tasting menu for lunch and dinner. Priced at around HK$2,180 (HK$2,930 with wine pairing) per person, you’ll be treated to dishes like the braised star garoupa and abalone roll with foie gras in supreme oyster sauce, poached shrimp wontons in soup, and king prawn simmered in crystal sauce.

Reservations are mandatory at Lung King Heen, with weekend dinner reservations sometimes fully booked several weeks in advance. Ask for a window table for the best views of the Central Piers and the South China Sea.
