"The room 204 is very old and should not be rented and the floor boards are coming up. The bathroom toilet had no seat and looks like a jail cell toilet, the tub is old and stained & the faucets were not clean the walls have cracks as do the near ceiling area and the furniture had watermarks. There was furniture piled up outside in the second floor hallway my entire stay. The elevators were down and only started working on the 4th night of my stay ( Thursday) at which point I just checked out..My room was supposed to be cleaned on the third day but was not and I was gaslight when I requested it. A man at the front desk lied about being the manager then confessed he had only said so because he was the only one there at that time. Just a series of unfortunate and bad issues overall. I would not stay or recommend it without significant updates."

"DO NOT STAY HERE — Especially with Children | Health, Safety & Security Failures I stayed here March 16–17, 2026 with my wife and our 8-month-old infant. This was one of the most disturbing hotel experiences I have ever had, and I feel a responsibility to warn other travelers — especially families — before they make the same mistake. FILTHY MATTRESS: The mattress was visibly contaminated with what appeared to be old blood and bodily fluids covering a large portion of the top surface. We had an infant with us. This is completely inexcusable and a serious health hazard. BLACK MOLD: The bathtub and shower had extensive black mold growing throughout the grout and tiles. This was clearly not new — it had been building for a long time with no attention. DIRTY ROOM: Heavy dust on the ceiling and surfaces, grimy walls, cloudy dirty windows, dirty microwave, and a strong unpleasant odor throughout the room. It did not feel like it had been properly cleaned in a very long time. FIRE HAZARD: The hair dryer in the room had severe burn marks on the power cord. This is a fire and electrical safety hazard that should never have been left in a guest room — period. BROKEN EXTERIOR DOOR — ANYONE CAN WALK IN: The side entrance to the building did not close or lock at all. It was wide open 24 hours a day. I personally watched strangers walk in and out freely with zero security — no key card, no check, nothing. Traveling with an infant made this especially alarming. POOL CLOSED — NOT DISCLOSED"

"Room insulation was extremely poor for a remolded hotel You could hear everything from floor to floor and room to room Even the sweeking beds when they are F…ing It was disrespectful discussing and poorly designed If you have children in the room what do you say the noise was ???? Do not book if you have children staying with you It’s embarrassing! "

"Very dated rooms. The ceiling was a drop ceiling, a nice one but very strange and could certainly use an upgrade. I would not return here, as I saw a roach on my bedside table my second night. Left early."
