Nice hotel, very new, clean. I did a few self check in hotel and this one is relatively clear and easy for the whole check in, check out and digital key system control. Restaurants in the same building which is convenient.

Highly recommendable!!

The hotel is without a reception and receptionists, but don’t be alarmed it is very innovative and easy to use. I have seen a lot of hotels and the state of this hotel is mindblowing. I will for sure return for my next trip here and most likely stay another day than planned. My family was also blown away! Highly recommendable.

Worst check in experience I have ever had at a hotel. This “smart” confirmation procedure is a disaster. If you book two rooms - make sure to book them separately or rooms will disappear. And I don’t appreciate handicap toilet - especially if they are not mentioned. Arbed Living Hotel - not many letters from Arbed Living Hell.

Don’t pick this hotel. It has no support if there are issues. I spend 2 hours trying to get in. No help. The gym is not a part of the hotel but a gym next door you need to pay for. Same with all other services. I accidentally booked the spa when trying to book the gym and though the spa being closed they still sold me access to a closed door. Now fighting to get my €25 back.

Flot, ny lejlighed. Meget ren og med gode senge. Al kommunikation foregår via app, hvilket fungerede godt på hverdage. Vi ankom søndag og værelset var ikke meldt klar, selvom vi ankom efter den aftalte tid. Det viste sig at være en fejl, men her var det lidt besværligt at der ikke var en fysisk person at tale med. Det er let at komme til bygningen, der er parkeringshus tilknyttet og en Tesla ladestation i bunden af bygningen. Vores børn (7 og 9år) nød poolen, der dog er privat og kun åben for gæster når der ikke er fx træning. Vi betalte 12Sfr per barn for ca 1,5timer. Området er præget af byggeri, men vinduerne er godt lydisolerede. For rejsende med bil er stedet oplagt som et udgangspunkt for dagsture i smukke Ticino.

I vårt rum var det stopp i avloppet i duschen så det rann ut på golvet och luftkonditioneringen i sovrummet fungerade inte. För övrigt så var rummen fina, fräscha och hade det man behövde. Smidigt att man bara kunde kommq utan att passa en tid för incheckning då allt skedde digitalt.

Dejligt rummeligt værelse til 4 personer. Alt var nyt og lækkert. Der manglede dog essentielle ting i køkkenet såsom skærebræt, paletkniv og andre køkkenredskaber. Hotellet ligger i et nybygget kvarter hvor der er ret meget byggeri. Kvarteret er ikke hyggeligt at gå ud i på gå ben. Først da vi kom frem fandt vi ud af at alle faciliteter koster ekstra - fx spa, poolen (som er faciliteret af eksternt firma), fitness mm. Poolen kan heller ikke frit anvendes - der foregår svømmeundervisning som man skal tage hensyn til. Det ligger cirka 10 min kørsel fra byen Bellinzona som er en hyggelig lille by med gamle slotte.

Il mio soggiorno all’Arbed Living Hotel è stato davvero piacevole! Ambiente molto tranquillo, camere super accessoriate con letti comodissimi e TV da 40/50 pollici. Il bagno e la doccia sono semplicemente stupendi. L’hotel è super moderno: dopo il check-in si accede direttamente tramite app sul cellulare, davvero comodo! E se dimentichi il telefono, nessun problema — ci sono due citofoni e il personale può aprire da remoto 😂. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Da amante del running ho approfittato per fare una corsetta di 20 km fino a Giubiasco: nonostante non conoscessi la zona, ho trovato subito una pista ciclopedonale perfetta per correre in tranquillità. Mi sono trovato benissimo e credo proprio che ci tornerò presto! 👏

Grundsätzlich ganz OK, alles neu. Wir waren für eine Nacht da. Aber ohne Rezeption, dass heißt ohne Internet und App kommt keiner auf sein Zimmer. Da Schweiz nicht in der EU ist, sollte man unbedingt Internet dazu kaufen..
