"Great junior suite and helpful staff, with a few minor hiccups
We stayed in a junior suite, which was perfectly spacious and offered a fantastic view. I was a little taken aback by the lack of complimentary bottled water in the room, but this turned out to be a minor issue in the grand scheme of things since the hotel has convenient water dispensers by the lifts on every floor. However, on a negative note, housekeeping failed to replenish the tea bags after I used them. Aside from that, it was hard to complain about anything else regarding the room.
In terms of location, while the hotel isn't too far from the main attractions, at times the walk felt a bit longer than expected. If you are driving, they do have an underground car park on-site. We did experience an issue here where the system failed to recognise our car, which temporarily prevented us from leaving.
On a positive note, the staff were incredibly helpful with our questions regarding our onward journey, which I am very grateful for. Overall, it is definitely worth the stay."
