"We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel looks amazing both inside and out, and we absolutely loved the design and atmosphere.
The reception staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and our bags were taken to our room before we had even completed the check-in process, which was a lovely touch.
Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of choices available each morning.
However, we were a little disappointed with one young male staff member at breakfast. He seemed quite miserable and not very professional. When we asked about the toaster, he mumbled a response, which made us feel a little uncomfortable.
We were also disappointed that, although we mentioned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and had travelled from the UK for the occasion, there was no acknowledgement from the hotel staff. Even a simple “Happy Anniversary” would have been appreciated. At other hotels, we have often received a card or a small complimentary drink, so this felt like a missed opportunity to make our stay feel more special.
Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The late spa opening hours were extremely convenient, as we spent our days exploring Zakopane and were still able to relax in the jacuzzi in the evenings.
Overall, this is an amazing hotel with a relaxing atmosphere, and we would certainly recommend it."
