"Upon arrival we checked into room 316. Upon entering the room, we found a very large roach on the wall in the bathroom. We went back to the front desk and asked for another room, which they were glad to accommodate us. All went well until at around 6 AM. A sensor on the air conditioner began loudly beeping. It continued beeping until we departed the room. We told the front desk about it, and there was never any apology. They simply said they would take care of it."
