"I was really awful experience, they just at the bar reception for check in. Then after we through, we only there in a building. When we reached they just help to open a room, and disappeared. At the entry in a room we realised the bathroom door handle is already broken, and in 30 degree hot weather, we are not able to open a windows, as it was sealed. They left an emergency contact number, no one picking the phone. I left down to the bar/reception, no one there.
We want to ask to order a food from hotel restaurant, no one there to help. We went out fir dinner. In the morning, we've been down for breakfast, again you can't see any single person to ask where we can have breakfast! I did called again, no one replied. I did email about their services, thank God I received email, saying " we are not premier inn kind of big hotel, we are just small family running this hotel, if you need to book a breakfast or dinner you need to mention at check-in time." It doesn't matter, if someone should not be there to discuss about breakfast.
Such an awful experience."
