Well maintained and looked fresh, newly renovated? Delivered what it promised in the app. No hotels.com VIP treatment, not mentioned any possible upgrades. When asked, the young lady looked for a minute at the computer and told me no upgrades were available. In the app, rooms were still available. Pool opens only at 9.00 am, very late for travelers who want to swim before discovering the city. Easy to use the MRT and good access to One Bangkok and Lumpini/Benkitti Park for some exercise

We had some new clothes and a pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones stolen from our room My four requests to have the matter addressed including the review of CCTV. We were politely ignored on each occasion. We were far from happy. No apology, no concern. We will not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.
