My staying was positive, mostly because of the staffs great relation to their customers. Though there is also a lot to wish for with what the hotel is offering on the site to what you get in the room.
These are the things which are incorrect if you booked the "Business double room - with a view over the city". There's no things of the following:
Bed couch (Not that I noticed could be made a bed)
Designer toilet articles (it was some small shampoo bottles and soap)
Deep bathtub (I had a shower, no tub at all)
Espresso brewer
Pots and kitchen tools
Pillow menu
Refrigerator (it exists but is VERY small)
Massage at the room (There's no information about this in the Hotels own papers at their place)
Minibar (There was no minibar what so ever in my place, just a small fridge)
Working desk (There was just a small desk for cups and water)
Slippers (I found none of these)
One more negative side is that the rooms are not isolated so everyone hears through the doors what is going on inside your room.
I had very busy times and just came home and slept at the hotel when done. You also get the breakfast, kind of one egg and two slices of bacon, if you like big breakfast you should ask them in advance to see if they can offer more.
But what I want to give extra credit to is the personnel working there in the reception. Their young and easy going and help you with the stuff you need, and they speak good English.
