Overall a nice stay, they have a big bath available but only until midnight, the bath was excellent japanese style. The ryokan also has a curfew from midnight which is a little bit sad for us nightowls but understandable since it seemed to be completely family run and not very big. My room had a weird smell to it, one of those smells that probably means something not very good due to high humidity, but i didn't die from it so ill leave it at that. the checkin was at 16, but since i arrived at 10 i could leave my baggage at the ryokan, and when i came back they had already carried it to my room. all in all excellent service, but the curfew at midnight is not my thing, especially since it limits you if you want to go buy some drinks late at night, instead you have to buy from the limited selection the vending machine at the ryokan has. all in all a good stay and a quiet nice stay
