Le lieu est fantastique et le personnel acceuillant mais le management laisse à désirer: -Il est INADMISSIBLE que des hotels continuent à planifier des rénovations alors que les clients sont présents, 4 jours de perceuses,scie circulaires et autres marteaux piqueurs jusqu'à 23H.Manque total de respect. -Du hip hop et de la techno avec des basses beaucoup trop fortes toute la journée, nous sommes dans les caraibes mais pas de soca, de reggae , de dancehall, de calypso, de zouk... -vous allez prendre votre petit dejeuner et des fesses se promenent déja sous votre nez, personne de l'établissement pour rappeler à certain qu'une tenue correcte est exigée au restaurant. -des dizaines de pigeons au restaurant de la plage, fientes sur toutes les tables, très peu hygiènique. -personne ne vous explique à l'arrivée que le système de réservation des restaurants à thème (de 10h à 16h ) se fait pour : le lendemain. -Mariage organisé dans l'hotel, moins de personnel dispo pour le service au restaurant, on vous demande d'avaler rapidement pour laisser la place aux suivants. Bref, c'est un endroit qui pourrait être merveilleux; mais pas de cette manière.

Perfeito. Quarto grande, chuveirão maravilhoso, opções de canais legais. Café, almoço e janta com muitas opções boas. Snacks e bar legal tbm. Funcionários bem simpáticos, principalmente no lobby. Localização boa, pé na areia o atendimento nos bares poderia ser mais ágil, já que em alguns momentos era necessário chamar a atenção do atendente para conseguir ser atendido.

Overall, a decent property with a bunch of kinks and average service. They had everything that we needed (good selection of food at the buffet, specialty restaurants, drinks, beach and pools, nightly entertainment). Service is barely average as the staff is not very friendly and doesn’t hide their disdain to be there or to be working and they don’t seem to care about appearances. Some kinks like running out of coffee cups, silverware, plates, etc. have been noticed but rectified fairly quickly. Our room had a leaking shower and, later a leaking sink that was never fixed after numerous requests. However, we still had a nice vacation and all our needs were met. Probably won’t be going back but would recommend this resort, if you can keep your expectations at a reasonable level.

I loved the hotel room, the beach area and the food was delicious and so many choices. People working at the reception were very good and helpful. I was so disappointed with people working at the bars and the main restaurant. They were so unfriendly, never talked or smiled, not even to each other. We always had to hunt down clean utensils, glasses and tables, and cleaning tables and placing clean utensils were the only job the staff was supposed to do, food, drinks, water were placed buffet style ( and that was an excellent idea) so we got them ourselves.

I recently stayed at Mangrove Beach Corendo in Curacao, and while there were some positives, my overall experience was less than ideal. First, the check-in and check-out process was quite confusing and disorganized. After a long flight, I was hoping for a smooth arrival, but unfortunately, there were no seats available for guests waiting to check in. It was uncomfortable to stand around for an extended period, especially after traveling for hours. It would have been a nice touch to have a designated seating area for guests waiting to check in Unfortunately, the housekeeping left much to be desired. I found mold in the bathroom, which was concerning, and the robes that were provided were dirty. These issues definitely made me question the cleanliness and attention to detail at the resort. On a more positive note, the entertainment and food options were decent, though nothing stood out as extraordinary. The resort is very kid-friendly, which is great for families, but it didn’t quite meet the expectations I had for a more relaxing, adult-oriented experience. One of the highlights of our stay was Mel at the concierge desk. She was incredibly helpful in booking our cabanas and making sure we were enjoying our stay. Her customer service definitely stood out, and we truly appreciated her efforts. Overall, while Curacao itself is a beautiful destination, I’m not sure I would return to this resort. There are definitely areas for improvement in terms of service and maintenance.

A lot of the furniture in the rooms were rusted and needed to be replaced. Also experienced a water bug and lizard in the room. Need to get rid of the rugs or vacuum the carpet. The curtains were dirty and stained

We stayed at this hotel for the Curaçao North Sea Jazz Festival. The hotel itself was nice, but the service was very disappointing. Our first room had no internet, no TV, and no working phone, so we lost more than 24 hours before being moved. Later, we waited over two hours just to get an iron, and because of that I missed the main artist I specifically went to see at the festival. One guy at the front desk did try his best to help, but overall the service was unacceptable. I’ve stayed at the Rif before and had a much better experience there, so I recommend the Rif instead of Corendon.

WARNING: This is NOT a 4-Star Hotel – It’s a Health Risk and a Scam This hotel is a mismanaged disaster hiding behind the Hilton brand. It puts guests’ health at risk, delivers appalling service, and offers terrible value for money. We paid over $400/night, but got food poisoning, skipped housekeeping, and staff who don’t care. Do not be fooled by the “4-star” label. It struggles to meet even 2-star standards. Your family deserves better. Avoid this hotel like the plague. Curacao is a beautiful country with excellent hospitality…. elsewhere. Stay away from this hotel. Food Safety: The outdoor buffet is overrun by doves eating directly off the food counters. Staff continue serving food beside the birds as if this is normal. Guests then unknowingly pick food from the same trays the birds peck at. Disgusting and unsafe. Restaurants: They advertise “7 restaurants,” but most are too small for the size of the hotel. Reservations are difficult to secure. The buffet ends up being the only option most nights, and it’s the same bland, low-quality food served over and over again. False “All-Inclusive”: The Room service is just three sandwich options, and it costs $15 extra to deliver. Housekeeping: On multiple days, housekeeping never showed up. When they came, it was just making the bed and replacing towels, no actual cleaning, no mopping, no sanitizing. Management: Terrible. Problems are systematic. We decided to only use this hotel as a place to sleep.

Overall the property was great. We felt safe the entire time. The only downsides were the following but nothing that would hinder me from going back: 1. Food options were limited. There is only one buffet restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner at set times. If you miss those times, there is only a small table of food that has options like French fries and chicken nuggets and pizza. 2. There were not any hotel activities. They have a DJ at night but it is very low key and no real entertainment 3. No pool activities during the day. Not a big deal since there are plenty of beaches to go explore on the island so you really shouldn’t be spending all your time at the hotel anyway. Aside from the above, the hotel was great. The restaurants that you have to make reservations are good. The food was pretty good for an all inclusive. If you rent a car, which is a must, parking is very easy at the hotel. There is a garage with plenty of parking spaces.
