A decent luxury hotel
The hotel location was great inside the palace area. the view from the hotel room and the breakfast area was amazing and hard to beat. The staff was very helpful and friendly I had a man that took care of the room he came with a plate of cookies and some fresh fruit. I went out in the evening and when I came back he had prepared the room and bed for the night and left a box of chocolate. it was an great place to stay but only thing was that the room felt a little bit used as for example the sink in the bathroom had some flaws it seems from the outside look of it that they had one part of the hotel that was renovated and one part that was not and I got the not renovated part. I would expect a little bit more for the money I payed. For example any 5 star hotel in Egypt, China USA or Europe I stayed at have had a much higher standard. I tried two other 4-5 star hotels during my stay in India and they also did not meet what I am used to so maybe the a 5 star hotel in India is not just as good in India as in other parts of the world. My friends also had the same thoughts.
