This is never a 4 star hotel, 2 star at most. The personal was very nice and helpful. The hotel looks outdated and there is no bar and lounge like described. The rooms themselves are very plane and everything is old, outdated and worn. And the beds are horrible and very uncomfortable. The toilet is ok but pretty sure there is mold in the shower and sometimes the lock was getting stuck. There is no minibar like described, only a fridge with nothing in it. And there are no amenities except soap and hair shampoo sachet. And no kettle or any tee or coffee. It is also not very sound proof, with both noises coming from the hall and the street.
The breakfast is acceptable, nothing more than that.
The location is alright, very close to the Vatican, and some restaurants around but a little walk to the heart of Rome.
The most positive thing is that it is cheap.
