Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful parking is available for a small fee, rooms are lovely and the food served is high quality, overall a brilliant stay The fitness room would benefit from some weights but hard to fault this hotel, a very nice stay, again the staff were the stand out for me

Room beautifully refurbished and clean. Hotel restaurant billing error, no refund as yet. Restaurant discounts available for staying guests. Shared car park good value but needs cleaning and bins, ashtrays overflowing. Staff friendly. Scaffolding on outside of hotel for long term refurb. View from room window obstructed by same scaffolding. AC very good during Aug 2026 heatwave

Great historic building with kind caring staff. The building is a transitional construction state so some areas a little run down or musky smelling. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Overall we had a great stay
