Fabulous Hotel. Great location. Parking limited so park jn Sandgate Carpark as £12 for 24 hours. Harbour Arm is walkable and great to visit. Lots of eateries. Breakfast lovely - good choice and the Breakfast Room Manager is a real character & professional as are all the employees.

Friendly staff, well appointed rooms, air conditioning an absolute Godsend, breakfast at the top of its game in terms of variety and quality, nothing I would add or subtract, do yourself a favour if you come to Folkestone don’t waste time looking at other hotels book The Clifton (I have not been paid to say that but comes from a personal enjoyable stay).

Great location very close to the seafront (we could see the sea from our room) and slightly away from noisier/busier part of Folkestone. 10-min walk to train station.
