Bloody sheets and cranky personnel.
We where staying for two nights last weekend. Low status to say the least.
The first thing that struck me was that I found blood-stains on the sheets.
When pointing this out to the portier. There where no possibility to redo the beds. We where offered another room that was not to our liking. Ends up with us having to redo the beds ourselves for something to be done.
The only staff/night-portier that could speak english we're condescending at simpel questions. And seemed to dislike opening the front gate to incoming residents...( Which I thought where their income if they ever wished being a profitable enterprise?... ) because they arrived after midnight...
Heavy sighing and glaring condescending at your costumers does not either make up for good service!
As I am working in the business of high service restaurant business, I clearly can conduct that their way of working is no way to aid exclusive and professionell service to their costumers!
Choose another Hotel!
