Horrible experience.
The room wasn't properly cleaned specially the shower. You hear a lot of noise from the street nearby so it's hard to have a good night. But honestly that is not what got it 1 star.
Staff is very very pushy. During check in they send someone with you to "carry your bag" and even after declining he stayed in the room waiting for cash before leaving. In other instances you feel pressured to give cash for no reason. It's not the level of service we've found in Egypt.
The private beach is very small between multiple shops.
The spa can be nice if you overlook hygiene (you can see a lot of bugs in the changing areas).
The rooftop was closed (for renovation) so we only tested the general restaurant and got sick from it after a day.
We can't talk about the diving center since we were too sick to dive.
I don't recommend this hotel.
