Really nice facility with beautiful, well maintained guest rooms. You will need a rental car to stay here, since it’s a 20-minute drive from the nearest major town.

Wonderful, relaxing place in a great location. Food was excellent, staff helpful and friendly, and the pool was great for relaxing after a day of visiting hill top towns. Will definitely return.

This is a beautiful property. I stayed here for three nights with a group of friends and we had a wonderful time. The staff in particular were absolutely wonderful and couldn’t do any more for us with highly recommend staying here. The food in the restaurant is also very good and we ate here on two evenings. It’s a gorgeous setting with Sunset views on the terrace.

This is an outstanding location, very clean, staff extremely nice, helpful and friendly. You really get to calm down here. When you have a car it is perfectly located for trips to Montepulciano, Lago Trasimeno etc. The rooms are so well equipped and decorated, you'll find everything you need. Don't miss out to done in their restaurant, absolutely delicious food and service. For me it's one of the best hotels I have stayed at so far. I will come back for sure. Thank you so much for these wonderful relaxed days :)

CHARMING GETAWAY

This was a last minute booking due to our Air BnB not being habitable. We were so lucky to find Equo Suited! Such a beautiful, charming property and our room was super cozy and welcoming. The grounds are very well kept and clean, and it was your own private getaway. The dinner and breakfast were great. Thank you to Lucca who was very accommodating.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The room was authentic, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail and impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcome throughout our entire stay. We felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we arrived. The entire hotel grounds were stunning and the location was just as beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding – without a doubt one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced! We especially enjoyed spending time by the pool. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing throughout our stay, allowing us to completely unwind. Even the small details had been thoughtfully considered. For example, our car could remain in the shade at all times thanks to the covered parking area. It was clear that every aspect of the guest experience had been carefully planned, including the little things that often make the biggest difference. Overall, it was an exceptional stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable and relaxing experience in Tuscany.

What a fantastic and relaxing stay we had at Equo Suites. The room was one of the best we’ve had in our long trip and the bed was superb. The service is beyond compare. Hats off to the manager of the restaurant who helped us out when a replacement waiter went a bit erratic and forgot our order. The restaurant serves up tremendous food and they have a great wine list as well. If you’re looking for a fantastic rural stay in the Tuscany / Umbria area, stay here.

****** An unforgettable experience in Tuscany! This property offers a true Tuscan experience, surrounded by nature, peaceful silence, birdsong, and fresh fruit available throughout the grounds. Everything is exceptionally well maintained, with impeccable cleanliness and the perfect balance between history and comfort in a charming centuries-old farmhouse. Breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh products and croissants baked on the spot. We would especially like to thank Chef Fristone for the outstanding cuisine and Manager Nicolas for his exceptional care and attention. On a day when I was not feeling well, he kindly arranged a special soup for me that was not even on the menu
