Nossa estadia em Florença foi, no geral, bastante agradável. A localização do apartamento/hotel é excelente: perto dos principais pontos turísticos, restaurantes e das ruas mais movimentadas, permitindo fazer praticamente tudo a pé. O espaço é confortável, bem equipado e a comunicação com o anfitrião/equipe foi eficiente e educada, o que facilitou o check-out e boa parte da experiência. Alguns pontos importantes para futuros hóspedes: • Escadas: o acesso ao apartamento envolve 73 degraus, equivalentes a cerca de cinco andares. Para quem está com muitas malas, esse trecho pode ser cansativo e mais demorado. • Banheiro: havia um pequeno vazamento entre o box e a pia, deixando o ambiente bastante úmido após o uso e tornando a circulação ali um pouco desconfortável. • Chegada tardia e retirada das chaves: existe cobrança para check-in considerado “tardio”, mesmo em horários relativamente comuns — chegamos por volta das 20h e já houve taxa extra. Além disso, a retirada das chaves ocorre em outro endereço, o que pode complicar um pouco a logística após uma viagem longa, especialmente carregando bagagens. Apesar desses detalhes, tivemos uma boa estadia e achamos o custo-benefício positivo, principalmente pela localização.

Great location. Very small for 4 people. The stairs are something else, 73 stairs up to the room. There is an elevator but not allowed to use it (!!??). There is a very nice rooftop terrace that makes it worthwhile. I would cautiously recommend it, but if you have a problem with stairs I would avoid.

This apartment is an 80 stair walk up. NO ELEVATOR. If you have big luggage you have to carry it up all those flights. The airconditioning worked well. This was a plain room but bigger than a usual hotel room. The room was clean. They had extra pillows in the cupboard but no pillow cases. The shower didn’t drain properly so water rose over your feet in the bottom of the shower. Kind of gross.

Great location, 4 flights of stairs, no towel rack

The good first- The location was fantastic. Right off of an adorable piazza with several restaurant options. It was walkable to all of the sights we wanted to see, ponte Vecchio, duomo, galleria de accademia, Mercato centrale. The air conditioning worked decentlyl, there were ample towels. The bad- it’s a 4th floor walk up. The building had an elevator, but we couldn’t use it. Getting back to the room after a day full of sightseeing was tough because we had to have our 4 year old daughter climb 4 flights of stairs. Also, there is literally nowhere to hang a towel. There are no hooks anywhere in the space! We had a jumble of bath towels in a pile in the bathroom by the end of our stay. The shower also leaked terribly, so you needed like 2 towels on the ground just to absorb the water that came out. We also saw a few small ants around.

This is not an hotel so check in was in a different location with limited hours. You need to pay extra if arriving after hours.The room was beautiful, and excellent location. It was in a 3rd floor and elevator doesn’t work. We needed to take the stroller up and down and that was not convenient. Other than that, it is very close to great restaurants and touristic places.

This is overpriced for the conditions you will find the property in. The rooms are OK and the area is convenient for most locations in Florence. But the rooms lack basic amenities. 4th floor (not it is not 3rd, it is 4th) with no elevator, you need to climb 73 steps almost in the dark to get to your floor, and you need to deal with three sets of keys just to get in. Once in the room, you will see that they lack any basis convenience. The bathroom has no towel rail or shelves whatsoever, it remains a mystery where one is supposed to hang the towels. There is desk but no chair, the windows are flimsy and let all the street noise in. The blinds do not close well and the curtains are transparent, so the light comes in as soon as it is morning. There is no coffee/tea maker. Some "fun" facts: I found an old yogurt in my fridge and somebody had set the room TV in Norwegian...

Room on the 3rd floor with a private elevator, you are not allowed to use it. Checkin 10 min walking away from the apartment. No stuff around. Ants and mosquitoes bite us, even with repellent! I’m not going back! I DO NOT recommend this place

We got to our room and the air conditioning (which was an amenity definitely factored in when deciding our hotel since italian heat in the summer is no joke) was not working. We told the front desk immediately and they sent someone to try and fix it. Long story short, they couldn’t fix it in time of our stay and we were assured we would get a refund for our inconvenience (which I would justify as we barely could sleep due to the heat). They messaged me for my bank information to make a wire transfer and they literally ghosted us, even though I sent them all the bank info they requested as well as more messages days later to follow up (attaching screenshots of the whatsapp conversation). It’s been over a week now since we got ghosted and definitely haven’t received the refund, otherwise this would be a completely different review. Since we were no longer in Florence I couldn’t physically go and make a complaint about this. We definitely got scammed, ghosted and lied to. Oh and the girl at the front desk had a terrible attitude towards us since the moment we stepped in for the check-in. Honestly, would not recommend this place. Totally unprofessional and not cool at all.

Spacious and clean room but dificult to get to it with all the luggage and no elevator to the 4th floor. Also, check in was in a different place from the actual room and check in couldn’t be after 5:30pm, that made it difficult to adjust our train or plane itinerary!
