The booking process and communication were ridiculously bad... must have wasted an additional 3-4 hours trying to get things lined up AFTER booking on Expedia... people managing the property do not read emails properly, nor listen on the phone - had to repeat things anywhere from 4 to 10X... don't waste your time with this company - plenty of other places that are the same price or cheaper and they have way better communication. In short, I think all the communication with customers is outsourced.... It might have been a foreign language like Hindu... for all the good they were
