Upon checkin found BM smeared on the bathroom wall, let staff know. Left to do some shopping for a couple hours and when we returned there was a bottle of lysol disinfectant spray and febreeze airfresheshener on the table but the mess was not cleaned up... notified the staff. I was told they could not find it..let them know it was exactly where I had told them it was, again requested for someone to clean it up and then had someone show up with disinfectant wipes to clean.
The next morning there was hardly anything for breakfast. I asked if they could please be restocked and they made about 5 pancakes and that was all that I saw and there were other guests waiting as well who quickly grabbed what they could.
Tried to have showers and all 3 bathrooms had cold water for over 10 mins on straight hot, and one bathroom only had one towel. I again spoke to the front desk and was told they would look into it. Tried to shower again later and had the same issue but no one ever came to speak with us.
The floors were so dirty that our white socks were filthy within a very short time of arriving we had to change our socks.
The queen beds seemed more like doubles and spare bedding was not adequate for pullout..
Ive stayed in this hotel before and had a couple issues but I felt like it was dealt with appropriately, efficiently by management. Its definitely gone downhill. Spoke to front desk on check out, and got an "I'm sorry you feel that way, complaints noted". Not Impressed at all..
