The room was very small for how high the price was, there’s just enough room to walk around the bed before the wall. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic (the best part,) but for $400+USD/night, I would definitely skip this personally

Staying here in Tromsø was an absolute delight. The restaurant served exactly what we needed—delicious, satisfying meals that hit the spot every time. Our suite was impressively spacious, with plenty of room for our daughter to sleep comfortably on a single bed in the main living area. One of the highlights was the outdoor wellness area: the sauna, plunge pool, and spa bath were exceptional and made for a truly memorable experience. To top it off, our Aurora tour picked us up right outside the hotel—so convenient! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tromsø.

The staff were very helpful and had lots of suggestions for day trips. Breakfast was fantastic with Norwegian and international foods. Our bed was made everyday and we got new towels when we needed them. I’m not a big fan of the shower design without a shower door as the water gets everywhere, but I realize that this kind of shower is the trend. Dinner at their restaurant was also amazing but I was very troubled to see whale on their menu. All in all a modern and comfortable hotel and great home base for all the excursions you can do in the area. I would stay there again.

extremely non engaging front desk (apart from one filipino lady, the rest are all on 5words maximum kinda vibe), NO room service everything you need to go down and ask (don’t have a iPad or phone to call the front desk)
minimalistic to the max for a £380+ per night hotel, is not like bad just is nothing much to provide

Fantastic, new, modern place. Fabulous view from the room. Only one remark - the curtains were detached at the ends and it was hard to cover the window to make it fully dark for a good sleep (midnight sun). Fantastic breakfast buffet with a great service minded personnel.

Do not book this hotel. I made a reservation last week through hotels.com and mistakenly booked for September 2 instead of October 2. I didn’t receive an email or text the day before I was supposed to check in like I do with every other hotel I book and then didn’t realize my mistake until I received an email thanking me for checking in (which I didn’t of course). I contacted the hotel immediately but the wouldn’t help me move my reservation. If this is how they treat all customers beware!

Great stay, super helpful friendly staff, really clean modern hotel. We loved staying here, it was also in a great accessibly location. They gave a lot of extras in the room etc but we found the minibar to be incredibly expensive. Other hotels also had little bites to eat and tea/coffee free of charge in the lobby which this hotel did not.

I stayed at the hotel with my husband for 5 nights and, as soon as you walk in, you feel that you made the right choice. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very chic, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes a great first impression.
We stayed in a standard room and I did find the size a bit small. Although it was comfortable, I think it could be slightly larger to better accommodate movement and winter clothing, especially for guests traveling to cold destinations.
The breakfast is exceptional — one of the best I’ve had in any hotel. Everything is very well prepared, with great variety and quality.
The hotel is also very quiet and comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay.
The terrace is a big highlight and really adds to the experience. One suggestion would be to allow a bit more flexibility in the use of the spa, as it currently requires scheduling and an additional fee.
Another suggestion would be to offer simple late-night snacks for guests returning from Northern Lights tours, such as soup or something light. Many tourists go on these tours and after 10 pm almost everything in the city is closed.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend the hotel.
