Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes with no one around to check us in, asked one person we saw he said I don’t know I work in the kitchen and she does this all the time! When she came back said she was delivering towels, never mentioned there was breakfast in the morning until 8 am. In the morning before checking out went to front desk the employee was on a personal call wouldn’t acknowledge I had a question. Go to get breakfast after we looked it up online and it ended at 8am (it was 8:10) Hotel was fine, staff can do better. Customer service training may help.
