It was a quaint and quiet little retreat as it is named. Wish we were here longer to enjoy all the great activities it comes with: board games, painting, mini pool table, and kayaks. The ingredients to make smores were such a nice touch for the bonfire by the bay-we loved it!
For our family of 7, the unit in the back is a new detached cabin like space and worked out great for my sister and her family to have their own bathroom.
The only drawback is the wood bedframe of the twin beds in the front house is a bit bulky for such a tight space so you need to be careful not to run into it when you walk in the room. Other than that it was a comfortable stay and would definitely return.
