Overall the stay was good but they had cockaroaches. The tv didn't work all that great and there wasn't a table in the room like it is depicted in the photo.

I was evacuated due to the fires in Altadena and Pasadena. I stayed in room 350. The room was overall clean. However, once I settled in, a cockroach went scurrying down the wall. Not OK, Ever. I'm an elderly woman with arthritis and when I parked in front of the room it was a little difficult to navigate between the bushes and make-shift steps where someone could easily fall. I turned on the TV soon after I got to my room so I could check the news to see if I even had a home to go back to. The TV didn't work. Regarding housekeeping, the room looked inviting, the bed was well made and the room was very clean. Regarding the front desk - he was great. He helped me bring my bags in, and fixed the TV so that I could get the news. HOUSEKEEPING: 4 stars FRONT DESK: 4 stars. PROPERTY OWNER: 1 star. Please be a good person and give these people credit and a raise. I don't know who you are, except probably greedy. Would I stay there again? Maybe. Also, make the check-in more friendly, like you're not checking into Rikers Island.

Es perfecto si estás buscando un lugar accesible y económico para descansar durante un viaje en carro. Estuve con mi familia, la habitación es moderna y tiene una nevera pequeña. El personal fue muy atenta y amable. Volvería a quedarme.

Light was coming in from outside thru the door also didn’t had room service at all the sheets felted like homeless people were sleeping in that bed dirty sheets

The three days we were there they never came to clean or change out trash. The pillows had hairs on them when we arrived. But we also didnt expect alot from a cheap hotel. I didnt say anything we just covered the pillow with our shirts. We tried to call while we were out it rang and went to voicemail but we always came in super late so thats why we never said anything. We saw the cleaning lady and figured she would get to it after we left and never did. They have nice floors that are easy to clean but they were filthy the white towels if we used to dry the floors after a shower came up dirty. My baby couldnt crawl on the floor but then again it was just a place to lay our head to rest for three nights and it was quiet easy to find so we were probably the loudest getting after our kids in the morning.
