Under no circumstance, should anyone stay at this property except for the location they have a ridiculous system of elevator codes, and front door codes that seem to fail all the time I packed my bags and was getting ready to leave for the airport. I went downstairs to grab a cup of coffee. I came back up 20 minutes before check out and the room code did not work. It was New Year’s Day. There wasn’t a So around to help me by. Uber was waiting downstairs. The clock was ticking for 35 minutes. I ran around. I called the emergency number which connected me to people that could unlock the door remotely. They refuse to do it asking me questions like who owns the apartment whose name is in the apartment whose email address since I rented it through Hotels.com I had no idea to the answers. The woman refused to remotely open the door, I gave her all my information. I then texted Hotels.com and they were no help at all 40 minutes went by. I had to send the Uber away and I was literally palpitating knowing that I was gonna miss my flight because of this ridiculous system of codes that they have with no help whatsoever I ran into a chamber made, who thankfully was helpful. Her colds did not work in the door either she called a supervisor and somehow the supervisor remotely opened the door. I ran downstairs, got another Uber, which was now $20 more and just made it to the airport on time running through security. I would never under any circumstance recommend this property to anyone you

Throughout the stay, our key fob along with nearly everyone else's in the building failed to work which caused the elevators to not work properly. We had to walk up 6 floors twice. Our door keypad failed to work on the day of our checkout, several hours before checkout time. We literally had to sit outside our room for over an hour waiting to get this resolved. The only thing the staff said was we are sorry. We sat out for over an hour!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the experience of the last day. TERRIBLE!!!

Had a pretty negative experience. Though it was centrally located, which was great, location wasn’t the best in regard to feeling safe. There was stuff all over the floor, floors were sticky, lack of towels, lack of paper towels, and so forth. We got locked out before our check out time. Hallways & elevators smelt horrible. It was a beautiful apartment complex! We loved the pool, weight room, and the rooms were cute. We appreciated the details for check in.

Location is perfect, downtown, nice venue. Downside neighborhood: - people love to smoke weed (on streets, but also on the floor where we stayed) Downside appartment: - microwave didn't work - only 3 glasses, or actually 2 because 1 broke - shower curtain had hairs from previous occupants - very loud neighbors with music ontal 5am in the morning! Good about the stay: - overall clean building - gym Other improvements: - guidance on how to enter the building from the garage (elevator)

For a trip that started out with me locked in the parking garage with no way out and ended with me unable to get to my car in the parking garage (and in danger of missing my flight), my one-word description of my stay would be "Kafkaesque." When I say that I couldn't get out of the parking garage, I do not mean paying and driving out, I mean getting out on foot while I am parked. Not only were the elevators inaccessible, even the stairs to get outside to the street were caged, locked, and inaccessible (how this comports with fire code I do not know). I eventually departed the lot in my car and parked elsewhere, and fortunately the associated Leasing office was open, where a nice employee told me that getting out of the parking lot requires a fob. The emailed instructions made no mention of a fob and were sadly inadequate. To stay and park here you need a building/elevator access code, a suite access code, and a fob -- only one of which was provided to me, and that one didn't work. A call to their support line in the UK eventually got me an access code and suite code that actually did work. Things worked reasonably (though the elevator buttons were strangely difficult to work, which combined with non-working codes makes things extra confusing). But then when I left on Sunday morning, as there is no front desk, no fob drop off, and no employees present, I thought I should leave my fob in the room. But then, surprise! The elevator access stopped working a day early. Boo!

Absolutely do not recommend staying here. This rental property is individually owned by different people. They require a parking fee of $5 to exit the parking lot each time you leave. The parking garage requires a key fob in order to request the elevator, which was not provided. We were given a code to access the elevator, but in order to get on, we must take the stairs to the lower level in order to request the elevator, which was very difficult with luggage. While we made a claim and a big deal out of not having the key fob upon our departure, the hotel sent us a notice of a missing key fob as well as a fitted sheet which was never on the bed. they made a note of it upon our arrival. The place was not clean. They only provide two bath towels, one wash cloth as well as one floor towel. Do not waste your money. I have never had such a bad experience till this stay.

Housekeeping needs to be fired, our room was dirty upon arrival and when attempting to contact the buisness/owner we were treated like we were lying about the apartment conditions! We even sent picture proofs through email upon arrival and was still denied a refund!! Roaches, pubic hairs on sink, dirty towels and with food crumbs everywhere! Housekeeping offered they would clean again but when we came back to our “cleaned room” it was still in the same condition!! I would rate 0 stars if I could. So unprofessional! Do not come here!!

I liked the area because of the atmosphere. It was walking distance to great eating and shopping area. The apartment was clean and the outside patio was quiet. The communication with Vrbo was great but it was more of three way communication. I left messages with the property manager about not have our room ready on time, no remote control for the TV nor did our fav get activated to enter into the building and other access to the building.
