A/C was not the best. Beds need to be replaced .

2/10 Poor

Hotel lobby was closed before 10pm. Had to stand outside waiting to get hotel key. Hotel was ran down with dirty stained carpet. Bathtub was permanently stained and had no drain plug. You could feel every footstep and door close near by. The parking lot was gated but required no access code to enter. Tv quality was so bad you could barely see the tv. Ac didn’t cool room down. Sketchy area. I definitely wouldn’t go back.

Parking not safe. Area was not safe. The room was dirty and the bed had bed bugs. Very disappointed this would be on expedia as an option. The hotel would not refund us stated we had to deal with expedia in order to get refunded.

If you wanna be going to a place that won't honor their pricings go ahead. There's staff it's very horrible conducted and also, they will leave you without a room just for personal gain they didn't even care that I had my 3-year-old son with me.
Gustavo, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The sheets were dirty/stained but other than that, it was not a bad experience.

When I arrived, the desk clerk asked if I had been notified about the rate increase. Of course, I had not been notified. The rate was double what I thought I would be paying when I booked it. It was about 7 pm by then, so I was stuck. Not happy about this at all. I booked here because of the rate.

2/10 Poor

My stay was absolutely horrible. First of all we checked in late Saturday night & we were exhausted so we didn't really notice anything bad..... Sunday morning we got up and realized the sheets were dirty under the red "comforter" and was like ok we will ask front desk to change sheets. I went to work, husband and daughter went out and about, Sunday night.... As soon as the sun went down there was nothing but tweakers, crack heads and people using Fentanyl in the parking lot, on the side of the fence and screaming all night long. Cops came twice arrested one person and I don't know what happened to the other but I went down to the front desk and ring the little doorbell at the window thing and stood there for like 45 minutes and nobody came went back down there again and nobody came. I just wanted to check out and get my money back and get the hell out of here it was not safe it was scary and the hotel staff did not care Monday morning didn't have time to deal with it because again ring the little doorbell and nobody came in the morning and had to get to work again Monday night tried to check out and get my money back and was told no and this morning when we went to check out I asked to talk to a manager I was given nothing but attitude and then was told that we smokeed in our room and that we cannot get $100 cash deposit back which is not true at all. I find it really interesting that the person that says our room smell like smoke is smoking in-between cleaning rooms....

I have to say, every human including the manager, was lovely. They purchased the hotel recently and are running the business and updating at the same time. Based on my interactions with the employees, I would definitely stay there again once their transition is complete.

Hotel was a little rundown. But fit my needs. The outside area didnt look safe but i didnt havw any problems either. I beleive the hotel has permanent residents there.

2/10 Poor

First off they wanted to up charge me because they undercharged me ? Yet let alone they made me pay a 100 deposit and when I left they charged me 120 for the room .all because there system glitched and now I’m at fault
Pedro, 1-night trip

Your better off and probably safer finding a bridge to sleep under.

The area around this is horrible and the problem is they have very old rooms that need renovation
NGOC TRUNG, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Paid $67 for one night more than a week in advance of my stay. The day I tried to check in they asked me if I “got the notice of the rate change” and doubled the price on the spot because a big event was happening that weekend. They already charged my card $67 so I told them I am only paying $67. Then they said I am checking in “late” (past 9 pm) and canceled my room because I was a “no show”. I had to get a room at the Hilton (which was much nicer anyway). Other people behind me in line also had to pay a doubled rate, but because they didn’t push back on the rate change, they didn’t get their room cancelled. Shady hotel. Would NEVER come back here.
Kayla, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

There was no sign outside the building as to tell me if I was really at the Raising Hotel. There’s a which appeared to be a shabby damaged chain link fence with over grown vegetation all over it out front to greet you. No cars in the parking lot. The place looked run down from the outside. There was no way in hell I was going to stay at this place. Kind of made me feel unsafe to stay there. With the big event in town I didn’t have time to waste in finding another hotel fortunately I was able to find another room down the road because of a last minute cancellation. A partial discount is not acceptable I want a full refund. Thank you for your full attention in this matter.

Greg, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Very disappointed with my stay. This is MUCH more like a Motel than the 12 pool hotel it’s described as. Staff was kind and welcoming but that’s the only good thing I have to say. Room 114 had bugs coming out of holes in the bathroom, stains all over the bedding, lights with wiring cut. Oh yeah and there’s only 1 pool lol
Brandon, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Doesn't look like online photos

The on line photos look nothing like the hotel. We stayed 4 nights and nobody came to clean the room any day. The first night I asked for a wash cloth and was told they don't provide wash cloth. Someone did provide me one later. We had 2 small towels and 2 hand towels for 2 people to use for 4 day a nobody cleaned the room. Bed was comfortable.
4-night trip

4/10 Fair

Bad choice

Far from amazing. Carpet looked terrible, both bath towels were so old and dingy looking, I went straight to Walmart to purchase me two bath towels and wash towels. I'm also glad that we took our own bedding, over all we had a very worrisome over night stay, just on the room's looking condition. Why did we stay, you wonder... it was late and all the nicer locations were booked because of the thousands attendees at Camelback park.
David, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

not a viable sleepover

This location should not be offered on a No refund basis. If a client wishes to occupy a room after check-in, fine. We found it unacceptable upon seeing and smelling the room and being informed that no amenities were available and it went into lock-down at 6 PM. Hotels.com will lose its credibility if it continues to list this and any other properties without guaranteeing refund.
William, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Room was full of roaches! and only half the lights worked. Gate to get in had no access, so you had to wait for front desk to open it. Always waited a long time both entering and leaving. Gave employees poor review because only one was horrible. the rest were right on
