My only issue was the Roku remote. You had to go thru a register process in order to watch TV or your Netflix. Kind of annoying. The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. It was a great stay for one night.

Motel was appropriate for the price. Management/owners provide a phone number but after 5:00 PM it connects to an annoying site that wants you to buy insurance. Contacting the sheriff, who contacted the owner, prompted owner to contact me

Although there was no one in the office, a quick call we were registered and had the code to our room. Great roombwith everything we needed. Two gas grills for cooking. No breakfast - but a great olace to stay.

This is a great place to stay! The room was big and comfy and nicely decorated. There are all kinds of extras. Our room had ear plugs, Andes mints, water bottles and swag- so nice! There was ice water and coffee available in the lobby and mini muffins in the morning. The staff was very helpful in guiding us to places to eat. I highly recommend the Fossil Butte Motel.

Older hotel, family owned. Clean and safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was very comfy. Like being at home needed more water pressure in the shower tho. Will stay again

Well maintained and upgraded older motel. Good choice for Kemmerer.

The good: clean, no bugs, convenient location, inexpensive, operable windows, hot water, quiet The bad: stained up carpet, tiny youth toilet, a bit run down, smoke stations outside rooms.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, it was very quiet and hot water was instantaneous.

No staff in the office, checkin was arranged via phone. Checkin code was late. Room was serviceable and as expected.

The rooms were clean except the carpet needed to be cleaned. Never could find anyone at the front desk tried to call cause I just left the key out side in the open box cause the key pad didn’t work and the key box wouldn’t shut but all I got was a guys answering machine I guess he must of been the owner. But I would stay there again because the price was right

It looked as though our room had just been freshly remodeled with new carpet. The beds were very comfortable. I did have to request a hair dryer as apparently people have been taking them.

Nice room, nothing fancy. Super comfortable beds and parking right in front of room. Lots of hot water and pressure. Just what i wanted. Only problem was light fixture in bathroom not working.

Quiet and clean, a very pleasant stay for an older, lower priced motel.

Clean room with very nice staff. Liked that I didn’t have to have a key, used a code it enter. There is a huge step in and out of the room but a ledge to hold onto to get in and out. The bath water turned a yellow red on the first run. This is not the hotel’s fault. Was much clearer in the second run. Just decided to take a shower. No real complaints. Even offered to let me us the non stick grills up front if we wanted.

This hotel is basic but was great for my business stay. A larger fridge compared to a typical hotel was helpful to store lunch food for my workdays. The room was comfortable and reasonably priced. The best part was the front desk staff! They helped find a missing case shipped in advance to their hotel. The shipper dropped it off at the wrong address. Some investigation by them helped track it down quickly! Their help made a big difference!!
