Black mould on the ceiling, rusty shower, the entire room and outside area stank of sewage…I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping on the bed the entire place felt so dirty so I stayed out all night, thankfully it was only for one night while I had a long layover.

For the hotel location, about 5-10 minutes (approximately 500 meters) walking distance to Jianguomen Subway station. A gocery store beside this hotel (not sure if it's 24 hours service)
I wasn't put too much expectations due to the hotel rate I pay. However, I am disappointed after checked in. The room is small and smelly. I thought I booked a double beds room but we were assigned a single bed (queen size I guess) but that wasn't my major concern. Anyhow, the room and enviorement are failing to meet my expectations. But the service is above average (hotel staff is friendly and willing to help, but do not expect the staff speaks English, or you need a translation app for a help if you don't speak Mandarine).
I don't think I will book this hotel again for my next Beijing visit as I know there are still lot of choices near by with same or lower rate.
