Very clean, but the staff really sucks at hospitality. There was a poor kid working the front desk, obviously just starting out at the job, and the guy in the wheelchair was extremely NOTICEABLY passive aggressive to him while he trained him on checking us in. It really put us off. Made sure to tell us not to ask them where the pool is (idk why because I was well aware there wasn't a pool and never even breached the subject of a pool???) but neglected to tell us that there is only staffing until like 8 PM or so with a kiosk you have to go to when your keys stop working randomly on the last night of the visit at almost 1 A.M. There was no staff present to contact, just a phone line with what was an obviously overwhelmed remote service worker who said "well how many keys have you gone through already?!" Uhh??? Just the ones I was given at check in??? That randomly locked me out at 1 A.M? Every person I spoke to sounded like they were annoyed they had to talk to me.
