Excellent property central to Civitavvechia and close to railway station. Room with en suite, well appointed with all necessary amenities provided. We were welcomed by our host and given a comprehensive overview and orientation. Highly recommended to anyone staying overnight for a cruise around for a few nights exploring locally.

Vicolo was awsome! Not only was the room clean and comfy, but the host was amazing. She was kind, informative, provided restaurant suggestions, maps and checked in on us. She even assisted us with scheduleing our departure arrangements. There was nothing more to ask for!

Fiorella was extremely helpful. From the excellent directions and pictures to help us find the property, to meeting us there upon our arrival. The explanations of the property amenities and recommendations of local restaurants, right through to showing us on a map the easiest way to get to the port, she was a joy! Friendly and so helpful. We would not hesitate in recommending Vicolo to anybody planning a stay in Civitavecchia. The property is centrally placed for all local amenities. Excellent!!

The Property Manager was absolutely fantastic. She ensured our check in/check out was simple and efficient. She was even kind enough to arrange a shuttle for us to the cruise port for the next morning. The room was wonderful! Clean, comfortable with all the amenities required plus a few perks (water & snacks) The location was super. Just walk out your door and with a few steps there are restaurants & bars food or drink.

EXCEPTIONAL. My husband and I were looking for a one night layover before our cruise from Civitivecchia and this guest house was the perfect find. Fiorella was a star, she was so helpful and very pleasant. From the first day we booked she kept us informed regarding transport from FCO and other important information. She organised transfers with a taxi company for us and the return journey back to the airport as well. The room itself was spacious and exceptionally clean. We couldn’t have asked for more, it had everything we needed. A comfortable bed, blackout blinds, air conditioning, tv, tea/coffee making, a fridge with complimentary water and ice tea. We had a lovely bathroom too. The location was ideal, very close to the beach and the port. Thank you so much Fiorella, we will definitely return and pass on your details to friends and family. x

Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. High ceilings and lovely outlook onto cafes below. Fiorella was lovely, so kind, communicative, efficient and helpful. Great location for the port and cruise ships, we walked there with our suitcases. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for everything ❤️

The outside of the property didn’t look very nice. However the inside of the property was surprisingly modern especially the room. The bedroom window shade was electronically controlled and bathroom was very modern. The property uses keypad to unlock the main door, the lift and the bedroom. The bedroom is very spacious. The property owner was amazing and prepared a basket of snacks and treats and bottled water in the fridge and an expresso coffee machine. 😀

We were extremely pleased with our 2 night stay. Most importantly, we felt such a warm welcome from Fiorella apartment manager. She gave so much of her time making sure we could find the apartment sharing wonderful detailed maps, suggesting restaurants with directions. With the use of WhatsApp we could contact her and her responses were extremely quick. She was there after we got off the cruise ship and the room was ready for us. The location was perfect for us too. We caught the train into Rome several days and it was a very short walk to the train station. She made our time in Civitavecchia a very pleasant experience. We will definitely return in the near future. Because of her we felt like family visiting her home. Un abbraccio Stammi bene Presto!

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay ahead of joining a cruise. The location was great being halfway between the railway station and the cruise shuttle bus station. It was near the restaurants, supermarket, and seafront. Fiorella met us at the room which was very nice, had a great shower, and air conditioning which we needed. There was a handy lift just big enough for 2 people with luggage which we really appreciated. There was a very nice basket of breakfast treats in the room and 2 bottles of water which were very welcome. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Vicolo! From the very moment we checked in, Fiorella went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She stayed in constant communication, ensuring we had all the information we needed from transportation tips to great recommendations on what to do. She even had our room ready and waited for our arrival, which made such a difference after traveling. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuinely warm personality made our one-day stay truly unforgettable. She is a huge asset to the hotel! The place itself is beautiful super clean, comfortable, and well-kept, but what really stood out was Fiorella’s exceptional service. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
