"Our stay was disappointing and fell well below our expectations.
At approximately 8:30 a.m., we requested two bathrobes; however, only one was delivered, and it did not arrive until approximately 10:00 a.m.
We also experienced ongoing difficulties with the hot water in our room. The water temperature was extremely difficult to regulate, requiring constant adjustments between the hot and cold settings.
In addition, we utilized the valet parking service but were not advised that vehicle retrieval could take up to 30 minutes. As a result, we were delayed and arrived late for a funeral.
On our first evening, we dined at the restaurant and ordered steak. The service was excessively slow, with our meals taking approximately two hours to arrive. When the food was finally served, it was cold and of poor quality, requiring us to place an alternative order.
Most concerning was that, despite the number of issues encountered throughout our stay, no meaningful effort was made to address the problems or rectify the situation. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing."
