Room was damp and smelled musty. Curtains had mold on them. Door coming into room had 2” gap beneath it. Completely open to the out doors. Wound up leaving 5 minutes after walking into the room and found a different hotel.

Don’t let the pictures fool you. They are much cleaner than the hotel actually is. While the room smelled clean, it is run down and in need of updates and fix ups. My bathroom had a palmetto bug in the toilet that someone obviously tried to flush. The toilet would not flush at all. I saw a roach run across the dresser, so I did not leave my bag open and did not leave anything out. The sliding shades left a gap at the end so you could still see into the room from outside. The parking lot had lots of homeless people hanging out on the side of the hotel at the entrance. When we returned from getting food, the police had one of the entrances closed off. A pro is that the hotel is close to food and the arena. They say you get what you pay for. I still think we paid too much.

I was there 3 minutes and left. Foul odor, mold, & drug paraphernalia. There was a homeless man sleeping under the stairs. I asked for my money back since I wasn’t staying and all of the sudden she didn’t speak English. The place looked out of a horror movie 100% Do Not recommend! In fact RUN!

The floors still had chocolate chips on them from the previous people that stayed there was no comforters available on the bed. The lampshades had mold on them. The walls were peeling and falling apart. When we tried to turn on the hot water the faucet fell off we will never stay here again. It was disgusting. It was a motel of nightmares. Do not waste your money.

We booked two nights but left after the first night. Entire place was filthy inside and outside. Except the beds… thank goodness! No light bulbs in the lamps. When someone came to put them in, finally, the man was very sorry and tracked e short onto our floors and he complained the entire time. No outlet available to charge our devices and no outlet for CPAP machine!!! Smoke detector was not functional. Actually not even there. Wires exposed. Some outlets in use had no cover plate s. Even though these dirty and unsafe conditions existed they would not refund us our second night. So we lost over $100. But refused to stay on sick flight and unsafe place. I hope you remove them from your list so that none of your other clients fall into this trap.

Place was discussing, there’s people doing drugs a prostitution all over the property, staff don’t speak English, trash everywhere, room dirty and smells. Stains on sheets. I should have just slept in my vehicle. The worst hotel I’ve ever experienced and will not come back. Dnt go there you’ll be very disappointed.

I’ve been to some rundown hotels before, but this one takes the cake. They were dead bugs in the fridge. Everything was rusty the bathroom door had holes in it. And our exterior door was so flexible. I swear I could’ve folded it in half we checked in and checked the right out 2 minutes later

The price was good but when I get to the hotel nobody was there,I need to ask the lady of Italian restaurant if somebody was there because I made reservation online, after that receptionist came and was pretty nice but in the room it wasn’t a comforter, I don’t really like the experience

Bugs , roaches , dirty bed , smelled like a damp. Didn’t even last 5 minutes in the room before asking for a refund. They denied my refund and will be making a dispute with my bank. Don’t even know how this place is opened ? I’ve never felt so disgusted by a place in my entire life. Just standing in the room made me feel dirty.

When we arrived at the motel, we were afraid to even get out of our car. There were two groups of what I would call gangbangers hanging around two open rooms. Of course the motel refused to refund our money paid through Expedia. We ended up having to find suitable lodging ourselves at 10:30 that evening. Needless to say, we will never use Expedia again.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. Pulling up it looked nothing like the photos on the website. The property was crowded with trash and left over materials from vehicle. Crackheads everywhere. People were offering us drugs. that was just before even entering the hotel room. Once we entered the hotel room it was filled with dirtiness. The beds had no blankets. The showers curtain was yellow. There was mold on the ceiling of the hotel room. There was cockroaches. there was holes in the doors and on the walls. The paint was not fresh. It looked yellow and smoked and smell like cigarettes. there was no smoke detectors nor carbon monoxide poison detectors. Every photo that you guys used for Expedia was an absolute scam. I have pictures of the photos you guys used and the photos that we took. Our door was pried open. It did not close. You could see literally outside of our door. Our curtains were black when they were supposed to be white. The floors were supposed to be wood and it was cracked tile. There was a crap ton of children running around with no supervision unattended. I do not recommend anyone booking this hotel AT ALL!

Room did NOT meet my expectations. I thought I was getting a HOTEL, Not a Motel…The walls looked horrible, a ROACH was in the Bathroom….Had it not been so late when I arrived, I would have found a different place to stay. I request a credit or free room of my choice.
