Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing and fell well below our expectations. Although the rooms were clean once inside the property and the beds were comfortable, the overall appearance and presentation of the hotel were very poor and did not create a welcoming first impression.
The hotel appeared to be inadequately managed, with just one person acting as receptionist and seemingly responsible for the overall running of the property. The service and professionalism of the staff were particularly disappointing and did not meet the standard we expected from a hotel.
Although the location is convenient for travelling around the area, there are very few restaurants nearby, and the ones we found were of poor quality. The hotel’s own restaurant was also unappealing in its appearance and did not inspire confidence.
While we appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds, these positives were not enough to compensate for the poor overall presentation, limited facilities, and disappointing staff service.
Overall, the hotel has potential because of its convenient location, but significant improvements are needed in its appearance, management, staff professionalism, and dining facilities. Unfortunately, we would not consider this hotel good value for the experience provided, and it fell short of what we expected.
