A relatively well-located property. The only real issue is the access, you have to use stairs, and if you can’t carry your luggage, you’re basically doomed. It has all the basic essentials, a bit outdated, but it worked fine for what I needed.

It was a nice unit. It didn't look like the pictures, but it was the same layout. It had a modern feel to it. It was a great location, near lots of stuff. Street parking is available, but we ended up parking in a garage most of the time. There are garages and lots within a couple of blocks. Several good restaraunts in the immediate neighborhood. The beds were too stiff for some of us, others were fine. Overall, we were very happy.

Solid loft style living in the heart of Old City. It's walking distance to almost everything Philly has to offer. Live like a local & avoid the touristy hotels with their cookie cutter offerings. My only complaint - & this has nothing to do with the host - is the kitchen layout in a 135° angle. One more minor suggestion, the furniture needs a bit of updating to match the loft interior.
