I particularly enjoyed having a balcony, although I would suggest adding more privacy between neighboring balconies, as they felt somewhat exposed.
The bathroom could use some improvement. There was a musky smell, and shower water tended to get all over the floor. Better ventilation, such as a bathroom fan, would help.
