The room itself was great as is the location. I would stay here again. The only issues were that they have become - I suspect recently - an auto hotel and there were issues with codes and with how to get things like creamer replaced.

Good central location to explore Montréal. Worked well for our family of four with separate and shared spaces. Easy access to the metro as well which was nice when we visited the Biodome. We made use of the laundry which is always nice to have.

Suite exécutive grande, propre et très confortable. Emplacement impeccable près de la vieille ville et de certains transports, notamment la navette pour l’aéroport si vous voyagez avec Air Canada. Il n’y a personne à la réception, ce qui rend le tout impersonnel et ne nous a pas plu, ni à d’autres personnes un peu perdues en arrivant. Cependant, le personnel est facile à joindre par whatsapp et très réactif. A noter quelques marches raides à l’entrée qui sont inévitables donc il faut pouvoir porter ses bagages.

Very nice property in the Old Montreal neighborhood. Perfect for tourists and easy to get around. Lots of great restaurants nearby and historic locations to see. Room was nice and fully equipped.

The location of the building is great. It is right at the old Montreal and very close to Metro station. It will be great if they provide paper towels for the kitchen.

We had a wonderful time at The Alexander! We loved that it felt like an apartment :) We did have a small issue with the washer (clothes), but otherwise it was a lovely stay. Great location! Near so many restaurants and cafés! One small complaint is that the air freshener machine in the lobby and common areas was a bit too much. I have allergies to extreme perfumes/scents, so the smell irritated my sinuses when entering and existing the property. Maybe keep that in mind for the other visitors :) All-in-all, we definitely plan to return to The Alexander for future visits to Montréal! Thank you!
