beware of condos like this they tell you are condominiums and ate tented as condominiums but then latter tell you the are hotel rooms which makes a great difference on not having washing machine kitchen etc. whe they say hotel room they dont provide with room service as expected in a hotel , also the ate no phones in the room. towels are just 2 for showering and you have to take care of washing them.

Friendly. For the cost of the condominium there is no plus reception, it is very austere, the conditions of some things such as towels do not have that plus, they are not washed with fabric softeners, they look like sandpand, the air conditioning was blocked, not even courtesy water has, the soap for four people is not enough, the soap is generic, it does not have a plus which is what is expected from a diamond condominium, the soap to wash is powder, it is not even in pod that is what one thinks they would give, there is a coffee maker and it does not have a courtesy coffee, everything would be very good if there was a decent bath soap !!

It sounds like you’re writing a hotel review and want to finish/clean it up. Here’s a polished version that keeps your experience and concerns clear while still acknowledging the good parts: Writing Overall, our two-night stay was good, and the staff was super nice. The room was clean, but there was mold growing around the toilet room vent on the ceiling, which was concerning, especially since the hotel is so new. I was also a little confused about why there was a phone in the room but no directory or information on how to contact the front office. We had an issue and needed to call the office, but had no way of getting their number. I tried looking online but wasn’t able to get through. Check-out also took over an hour because there was an issue when they inspected the room before returning our $300 deposit. They found a small chip in the corner of the glass stovetop and told us they could keep the $300 for it. We were very disappointed, especially since we never cooked on the stove. There was actually a small piece of tape indicating that guests were not supposed to cook on it, which made having a stove in the room a little confusing in the first place. We honestly don’t know whether the chip was already there when we arrived or if we somehow caused it. We didn’t notice it during check-in, but we hardly even used that area, so it’s difficult to understand how we would have caused the damage. It also seems concerning that something as small as a chip could potentially re

This was our second stay at the Sonoran Star. The staff is friendly and attentive The unit was clean and well appointed. The grounds and amenities are lovely, and the location is convenient to where we needed to be. We would definitely stay here again! Be aware that they have ongoing construction/expansion. Work is done during reasonable hours and did not affect our enjoyment of this property.
