Fint hotell med okej frukost. 5 minuter till stranden va super. Dock inte direkt några butiker eller restauranger i närheten så man får åka buss in till staden för mat och shopping.

This is a relatively new hotel that we found was a great place to stay in Valencia. Lots of positives, great staff, lovely decor, fantastic breakfast, fabulous rooftop bar. It's well located for malvarosa beach and tram/ bus connections in to Valencia. Rooms were spotless and the beds luxuriously comfortable. We had a great stay here and would definitely return .

This was the most amazing place. We loved the atmosphere, everyone in the staff was so incredibly friendly, the rooftop bar/pool was fabulous, and the rooms were so great. The showers were nice, vibes were 10/10. We have zero complaints and would recommend to ANYONE. Super easy walk to restaurants and (most importantly) the beach! We wish we could stay forever.

Beautiful new hotel near Malvarosa Beach. Excellent service at the front desk provided by Mos and his staff. Great roof top deck with a small pool. Only 15-20 min walk to the boardwalk and marina with all the action, restaurants, and late night activities.

Hotel novo, quarto e wc amplo e limpo. Localização excelente para ir à praia. Transporte na porta. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Equipe super prestativa. Queixas: o parking não funciona, são dois elevadores que descem o carro para o -2. Vivem quebrados e para entrar é muito apertado. Será um grande problema para quem for de carro. Na rua é muito difícil estacionar. Não vá de carro

We stayed for 8 nights, room was spacious with a king size bed, sofa, desk with chair and plenty of hanging space for clothes and shelves for foldables. Bath is very deep with integrated shower. Hotel itself is lovely and clean and the staff are great, very helpful with any questions or requests. Its only a small walk from the beach and its gorgeous promenade. If you're renting bikes it has a space location in the building to store and lock them up. Rooftop terrace is lovely and a great escape if the beach gets too hot or as we found it can get windy and sand gets blown everywhere. Overall experience was thoroughly enjoyable and would highly recommend. A shout out to all the lovely staff at the reception area and especially to Josh with his unmatched energy to make sure everything was satisfactory whenever he met us at breakfast.

The carpet needs cleaning. Not a good presentation when arriving down the hall to our rooms. You would expect a new hotel to be almost perfect. The bathroom mirror is too high, unless you are 6.5 feet tall. The shower door design allows water to drip to the floor. The shower handle was loose from the wall. To call the front desk, there are no visible instructions on the phone. You must scan a QR code for information. The shower shampoo is too high. Be careful not to squirt it to hard and splash shampoo your eyes. The pool is very small. One boy was having fun, but I felt like I would have overcrowded him if I entered the pool. Think of long jacuzzi. Not wide. Not deep.

Our entire stay was extremely disappointing and nowhere near worth the almost £1,000 we paid. On our first day, someone entered our room while we were out. Staff and the manager refused to investigate, leaving me feeling unsafe. The room was also not cleaned. The toilet was hanging off the wall and leaking. We reported this on our first morning, but 10 hours later it still had not been fixed, forcing us to move rooms. In the second room, the exit sign above the door fell off the wall and hit my partner on the head. The air conditioning also switched off whenever we left the room. Staff claimed this was for economic reasons, although it had not happened in our first room. Staff were unhelpful throughout and appeared to laugh at our complaints rather than take them seriously. A requested hairdryer took two days to arrive. When I spoke to the manager, he made promises that were not kept. He assured me the room would be cleaned early the next morning by the cleaning manager, yet we returned at almost 4pm to find it still had not been cleaned. The lack of security, cleanliness, basic maintenance and customer service was shocking. We spent our stay chasing staff to resolve issue after issue, with little care or accountability shown. For the price we paid, this experience was completely unacceptable. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Lovely sized room, which was very clean. The room had everything we needed for a two night stay. Rooftop area was great. Although we visited at the end of October, the weather was pleasant. There were lots of sun loungers and seating in the rooftop area. Very close to transport links to beach and into town. Only a few minutes walk from the beach.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were friendly, welcoming and helpful, setting a great first impression. The hotel itself is immaculate, although it has only recently opened. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable, with the bathroom amenities being a particularly nice touch. Although slightly outside the city centre, it was incredibly easy to get there in around 10 minutes, and the beach was just a short walk away. The rooftop terrace is a lovely space to relax. The only thing worth mentioning is that the pool is very small and more of a plunge pool than somewhere you could actually swim. The bar and restaurant areas are spacious and inviting. Breakfast was included in our booking, and the selection was excellent, with plenty of choice. All the staff we encountered throughout our stay were friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel. We would happily return and recommend it to others!
