From Queenstown, guests are picked up at 6:30 AM (and onwards) from hotels OR at 6:30 AM at The Station Building, Duke Street. From Te Anau, guests are picked up at 9 AM. Check-in time is 11:30 AM at the Milford Helicopters Office in Milford Sound. Guests will arrive at Milford Sound from the property at approximately 2:40 PM. The shuttle will arrive in Queenstown at approximately 7:30 PM, and in Te Anau at approximately 5 PM.
