According to my reservation I reserved a cabin not a tent. Ones I arrived I noticed that the office were closed and a board with some paper pages with persons names on them. I found mine.

Proximity to Arches and camp-ish feel was why I chose HTR. Having access to showers and a kitchen after a long day of hiking is really appreciated. The only downside was the noise from the highway while staying in the tents. Otherwise, a great place and helpful and friendly host.

Un endroit extrêmement bruyant. Climatisation portable très bruyante. Route passante très fréquentée. Fermeture défectueuse...nous avons dû fuir avant même de poser une valise et trouver un autre logement digne de ce nom en urgence. Personne pour vous accueillir ou vous aider. Ne répondent pas au téléphone..debrouillez vous! et bien sûr pas de remboursement proposé. Prix inapproprié. Une honte! Fuyez !

We really enjoy HTR Moab. I would say my concerns was the face towels had stains on them, even though they were clean and some mold around the bottom of the shower. Other than that everything was good, I would recommend it and I would stay there

Easiest check in! We were warmy greeted by staff and given a quick run down of amenities. The property was just as pictured and described. This unit delivered everything we needed for our family of five for a weekend stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting lodging that checks all the boxes when visiting Arches National Park and the delightful town of Moab!
My teens loved the queen sized loft bed.

Property was as described. Could have been slightly cleaner. Didn’t love that the check in process left door code available for everyone to see. Poor ability to communicate with host. Location ideal for Arches National Park.

Do not remember. Washrooms away from tents. Did not feel comfortable to try staying here. Not a place for seniors in our opinion. Especially for those who get up during the night. Not like the picture we saw when booked it. No one that looked like they were in charge. We were lucky to find another place We paid ahead and would like to be refunded.

There is a shower door missing so taking a shower soaks the whole bathroom. The body wash was empty and the conditioner isn't conditioner but some kind of soap. There are a few kitchen utensils but oddly no glasses/cups. The password on wifi doesn't work. There was no one at the office when I arrived but paperwork to take. Good idea until someone copies the code for a cabin that isn't theirs and lets themselves in. Almost no open space between the buildings and cabins so I had to take my pup elsewhere even for a potty walk. The property is a great idea, but the details and follow through make it not worth the cost above a hotel room.

Let me start with communication and the check-in process. TERRIBLE! ZERO COMMUNICATION. NO EMAIL 24 HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN. I messaged the host about it and got NOTHING IN RETURN. I messaged saying I wasn't going to arrive until 1am. I GOT NO COMMUNICATION BACK. As for the tent, plenty of plugs for plugging things. 2 people can sleep on the bed comfortably. You are able to lock the tent for protection. The restrooms and showers are a short walking distance. DO BETTER ON COMMUNICATION.

First off, I had emailed them weeks before my arrival! The communication was the worst I have ever had! When, you call the phone number, no one answers and it goes straight to voicemail! Then you get a text saying… how can I help you! It took them over an hour just to get back to me about my reservation! Someone should be on the property at all times! I did not stay because the contact said that I had a tent reservation and not one of the houses and that they were already booked for that day! So, I canceled it!

Be warned: the listing pictures are for the cute cabins, but this property also includes a 1950's motel with truck-stop bathrooms/showers. The deceptive listings never specifically mention the old motel rooms, which are very cramped, have concrete floors, and smell with a prison-y vibe. The rooms next to the bathrooms also have the pleasure of hearing flushing toilets and farts every time someone uses the facilities. I could have lived with the poor accommodations except that no one was even at the property to check us in! I had called early in the day--no answer. I arrived around 8pm--no one at the office. I called the number in the listing--no answer. Thus kicked off the most stressful hour of my vacation as I struggled to find accommodations at the very last minute. Even when I attempted to cancel my reservation--no contact until late the next day. When I contacted Hotels.com, the lovely agents intervened to contact the property--the hotel never even bothered to respond to Hotels.com. I would avoid this property. Moab has many awesome places that are more worthy of your time. And check out the Mill Creek Hike while you are there.

I booked the triple bunk room for my family, its rustic but we were only staying two nights and looking for a cheap trip. The day of check-in I arrive just after check-in time which is 4pm and find there office closed. The hours are 10-4pm so they intentionally plan to not be there for check-in and check out (which is 10am). I find a paper with instructions for our room. Go to our room only to find it isn't the room I paid for. Its a much smaller room that sleeps 5 instead of the triple bunk room that sleeps 9. No one could help me resolve this so We crammed into the smaller room but paid for the larger room. I have not received a refund or even a response though I have tried contacting them multiple times. Additionally, 1 of the beds was not made on arrival and we had to go searching for clean bedding. DON'T STAY HERE
