Both the room and kitchen facilities were maintained to an exceptional standard of cleanliness. The designated quiet hours were highly beneficial. We greatly appreciate the staff's accommodating nature in extending our stay for an additional night. The provision of gated parking was also a significant advantage.

The room we got smelled of cigarette smoke and the wall unit ac was not functioning properly. There was beard trimmings in the sink and the toilet had not been flushed properly. The liquid dispensers in the shower had gunk on them.

This was my husband and I first time staying at a Relux hotel. The stay was flawless. If I had to complain, it would be about the new flooring that was being laid down, but that was not a deal breaker as things were neatly placed, allowing guests to access the rooms. We only stayed 1 night, but we look forward to another Relux experience!!

My family and I chose this hotel because of the location and the price wasn’t bad especially for July 4th weekend. The check in was simple the person was nice and not rude. But when I went into my room there was a pair of underwear in the shower bathroom behind the door and my mom’s room had hair on the bed so we questioned how clean this place really is. The girl at the front desk told me she will come remove and basically just took a bag and grabbed the underwear but there was a wet mark… I was kinda hoping there some cleaning supply to wipe it or something. But she was apologetic about it and was nice, but unfortunately it doesn’t really change the fact that when we book a hotel we wouldn’t want a random pair of underwear on the floor or hair on the bed. My uncle room also had water pressure problem where the water was weak so it took additional time to shower. The place was nice but I think it needs a maintenance overhaul and additional check to make sure it is clean. I did see they had all the drawers opened to check but I think an underwear on the floor is something that shouldn’t be missed so easily 😂… Oh yea there is gated parking so that’s a plus.

Upon my check in the first room when I went into the room, I went to the desk and let them know that the room smelled like an old mop, and the AC was not working. The host came upstairs to check, and then she proceeded to take me to another room, but she took me to that room. The room was OK. I asked about the ice. She told me that the ice machine you would have to turn it on. It took all night for the ice machine to come on so I will not be coming back there to stay anymore.

The sofa bed mattress sheet had hairs and apparently chips pieces In it. The room had ok only 1 towel for a 3 person reservation. The message sent said we were on a certain room, got in at 12am and it was for a different room.
