We had a great stay at the Kapuccini Hill Boutique hotel. The hotel staff was awesome, room was very clean, and the bed was great. It's a great place to stay in the Valletto area (and not too far from the ferry that goes to Pozzallo Sicily).

Just such a lovely stay. The room was stunning and we could not fault the staff. The breakfast was great and reception so helpful. The location is good, quiet area and only 10 minutes walk to Valletta.

It's a very nice hotel walking distance from the city of Valletta. The hotel offers good breakfast, with eggs, fruits, delicious coffee. Staff members are very helpful and friendly. We had a specious and very clean room with everything you might need during your stay in Malta

Incrível!!! Quarto extremamente limpo, Café da manhã muito bom!!! Quanto aos funcionários, todos muito cordas e destacamos a Sumita que nos deu todo suporte, desde guarda de malas até dicas super importantes. Ficamos 3 dias e com certeza voltaremos! We had a lovely time, location was absolutely great, I definitely recommend staying here, you’re close to the strip where you can find so many bars and restaurants. The staff was lovely and really friendly. Our room was perfect, clean and very cozy. They also have really really good mattresses!!!! If we ever return to Malta, this will definitely be our stay again.

My friend and I were in a pinch and came across this hotel at the last minute. It turned out to be a great find! The staff was so incredibly helpful both in person and online (very responsive to Expedia and whatsapp messages), the room was clean, and the wifi worked well. They went above and beyond with helping us find transportation around the area, recommending places to go, and helping us with phone and printing needs.

This is a great place to stay in Valletta (Floriana). The hotel is lovely - clean, spacious rooms, we had a balcony, the reception staff simply can't do enough for you. The male receptionist was fabulous when we asked for recommendations for eating. (And the food in Valletta is sensational if you know where to look!) The location is great. It's about 7-8 minute from the walled part of the city, so close to a lot of places to visit and some great restaurants. It's also about 7 minutes walk to the bus station although most of the buses stop on the main road which is about 3 minutes away. We took buses to Mdina (stunning and a definitely must), Rabat (interesting in parts), Marsaxlokk (fish market on a Sunday), Sliema and St Julian's (beach and sea views). There's a lovely cafe opposite the main entrance which does light food and drinks (daytime only) and the hotel also offers a decent breakfast. Highly recommend - we had a lovely 10-day break with this as our base. It's great value, great location and great staff. Thank you to all of them who made our stay fabulous.

Good area, nice personal and ok breakfast. Down side, they start cleaning stairs cases at 07:00 on Sunday and other days as well. So if you would like to sleep little longer, you need another hotel.

Très bel hôtel à 10 min à pied des Upper Baraka garden, tout neuf. La chambre était bien équipé, avec kitchenette ( lavabo frigo micro ondes). La salle de bain est petite mais neuve et fonctionnelle. Le seul bémol, c’est bruyant le matin on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir.

Sicuramente la gentilezza del personale fa la differenza, ma a mio parere andrebbe curata di più la manutenzione. Per essere un boutique hotel si notano, senza nemmeno troppo sforzo e attenzione dei lavori di ristrutturazione lasciati un po' a metà. Nel complesso la camera è piacevole anche se non molto spaziosa per essere una camera deluxe con balcone. La colazione non è molto varia in una settimana sono state riproposte sempre le stesse cose, praticamente assente il dolce.

The hotel's location was convenient and made it easy to get around, which was the main positive aspect of our stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The building work appeared to be incomplete, particularly in the bathroom. There was no shower curtain for the walk-in shower, causing water to spread across the bathroom floor and creating a significant slipping hazard. The bathroom felt unfinished and was not properly furnished, which affected both comfort and safety.

Well located property, clean and modern. Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Minor problems resolved instantly. Close to Valletta, directly opposite a nice cafe and close to a mini supermarket for essentials. Some feedback: - Fridge/kettle couldn't be plugged in as they're EU plugs (Malta uses UK plugs). They also weren't close enough to plugs to use when we wanted to - A shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would be helpful. Very small cupboard under the sink was difficult to keep all of our things - Maybe specific to our room but based on photos we were under the impression there would be shampoo/gel to use but it was just watered down hand soap, so we purchased our own We would still stay here again, these are all minor inconveniences and don't take away from the positives.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in diesem Hotel und waren rundum begeistert. Das Hotel war jederzeit sehr sauber, die Zimmer wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt, die Handtücher regelmässig gewechselt und alles war bestens gepflegt. Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Reinigungsteam, das jeden Tag für ein blitzblankes Zimmer sorgte und dabei stets diskret und gründlich arbeitete. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und sorgte jederzeit für ein angenehmes Zimmerklima. Auch das gesamte Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man fühlte sich vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag herzlich willkommen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bot eine grosse Auswahl mit frischen Spiegeleiern, Brot, feinen Croissants, süssen Speisen und vielem mehr. Die Lage ist ideal für einen Besuch in Valletta – den Stadteingang erreicht man in etwa 7 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuss. In der Umgebung gibt es zudem kleine Geschäfte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Praktisch war auch der Kühlschrank im Zimmer, sodass Getränke immer angenehm kühl waren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The reception staff at the hotel were fantsictic. Both of them were super helpful and very kind. The hotel is in a great location (close to cafes, the bus station, the Valletta gate, the ferry terminal). In terms of cleanliness, there could be improvements but it was overall okay. The water pressure in the shower was weak, but the water was hot so no complaints about that. The only thing I would flag is that reception is not open 24/7 and closes around 7:30pm. This means that in the evening, you have to open the door using a key that is locked in a key box. Just a minor inconvenience, nothing major. There is a 24hour WhatsApp phone number for emergencies. The wifi worked well. The beds were comfortable. the neighbourhood was mostly quiet at night. I would recommend this hotel.

Very basic. No shampoo provided. Hot tub murky so we never went into it. Terrible breakfast (not included so one morning we paid for it) - broken coffeemaker so waiting for coffee is not my favorite activity. Lovely waitress but she had too much to do. Unfortunately there’s not a close by breakfast alternative unless you want just coffee and a pastry.
