Pool was the only activity on site, it was outside, unshaded. I never saw anyone in the pool. Didnt seem very welcoming. Internet was super slow, i called front desk twice to let them know the screen was black but there was sound. The response was "just wait". I ended up playing technician and fixed it ourselves. We also had a MASSIVE stench in our room from the moment we arrived. We told the front desk to where they gave us all kinds of excuses like "its the heater, the air filter, theres no smoking (accusing us of smoking)" to the extent of them pretending that the call was disconnected, i stayed on the line and continued to say hello until someone responded. The description of the smell was like a heavy pesticide mixed with pot. It was so heavy i couldnt breathe. I went to walmart and got lysol aerosol to air out the room. The worst part, i had to spray down the room EVERY TIME I ENTERED the room for the night. NOTHING was done by staff UNTIL the LAST day i stayed. I couldnt go elsewhere as everything was booked.
