Our stay at soleado was ruined by the owner (manager?). Our friends were meeting us at the hotel so we could all head to the beach together. She started yelling and reprimanding us like children - we are medical students between the ages 25-28. They practically sat in a chair waiting for us to get ready and she kicked them out aggressively. Then proceeded to enter my room and yell some more because one of the guys was using the restroom. I have never felt my privacy invaded or more disrespected in my life. I would not recommend staying here.

We really liked this hotel !! Our one bedroom suite was clean & spacious with a separate bedroom and a living room/dining area/kitchen combo. The king size bed was comfortable and there was nice grey tile throughout. The decor is nice but the living room's furniture is showing some wear. The couch was clean & comfy but had some tears. The living room chairs were not very comfortable. The AC and all appliances worked well and the kitchen has everything you need. The pretty pool and pool area was clean with ample seating, the gorgeous beach is a 5 min. walk and for $1 you can ride the trolley to numerous restaurants a mile down the road or take it to the Riverwalk .We loved the free parking and really enjoyed our 10 day stay here and would stay here again.!!

The Soleadeo was a lovely apartment-type complex with a pool and only a short walking distance from the beach. I stayed there off-season so it was charming and peaceful. The apartment was one-bedroom and more than enough space for me but could comfortably fit a couple and perhaps a family with smaller children. My only minor complaint was that the non-smoking room had a faint odor of stale smoke that was unmistakable. It wasn't enough to dampen my enjoyment but it could be an issue for someone with heightened sensitivity to cigarette smoke. For me it's an easy recommendation and I'd happily return.

Smaller motel-style place that was perfect for what it was. Great price, location, and very clean. The pool was great for relaxing after the hurly-burly of the beach and its scene. Room was clean and looking recently updated. Downside was the A/C units were noisy

The hotel was absolutely amazing! The owners are so courteous & accommodating. Everything was simply perfect.

This property is very kid friendly, our room was directly across the pool, it is half a block from the beach, absolutely nice and tranquil

Great spacious place for the low price, cool clean pool, and the beach is very close. Many great local venues are near. Only negative is the super light pressure in the shower. The room was updated very nicely. It’s a quiet place to get good sleep as well. We had a lovely time!

Nice property that is well managed & clean. Friendly staff, nice pool area. I felt safe staying in this area. It is a great location for walking to everything: beach, shops, restaurants, Bennett House museum. It would be fine for singles, couples or families. Large spaces
