Spacious bed and clean room, the staff were efficient and amiable, small parking cost was a surprise, restaurant option only Indian was a little inconvenient, but overall we had two nights in a handy place for our visit to the area, thank you.

Charging a parking fee was a low ball move. What’s the reason when you have a car park larger than the footprint of the hotel itself. Small thing, but it matters. I’ll not be there again - and I stay in the area a lot! Don’t be so greedy, especially when you clearly don’t spend that extra cash on maintaining the rather outdated property. Overall rating is 3 out of 5. Not terrible, but you can do better.

Highs & very Lows First night a little noisy, not too bad. Fantastic Indian curry in the resteraunt. Second night a group of travellers staying, noise unbelievable, threatened a guest when he asked at 2.30am for them to quiet down. No staff on site, party went on to after 3am. I won't be back.

Room was very dirty and shabby. Staff when available were ok but not available much. Breakfast is not a proper breakfast. Hot toasted sandwich but doesn’t say what type. I would not stay there again as the amenities were very poor, parking is unclear and in my opinion very dirty.

Property is a little tired but good for solo travellers The Indian restaurant is well maintained and the food is excellent (definitely recommend) Overall made to feel welcome Reception is only manned certain times of the day

Arrived. Check in after hours overly complicated and tried to charge me again. Had to pay for parking but didn't give a ticket or ask for reg so seems like a scam. Couldn't get a beer as it's a dry bar...in all honesty wouldn't have booked if I knew this. Room good size but despite massive bath tub no plug so couldn't have a bath. Bed comfortable. Restaurant looked good. Courtyard lovely but won't stay again.

My room was modern, clean and a good size. The parking was easy and close to the entrance of the hotel. I ate in the restaurant on site ‘Ba’zaan’ and the menu was Indian Cuisine and honestly the best curry’s I have tasted in a while. Well done to the new owners and staff you have turned this hotel around from the previous owners.
