Simplesmente inesquecível! Amei nossa estadia no Sophia, o lugar é indescritível, mas o que realmente torna tudo memorável é o time incrível. Desde o início, o contato com a gerente Cleópatra foi impecável: ela nos orientou desde a reserva até a saída, sempre com atenção e gentileza. Organizou os transfers de chegada e partida, e a equipe foi maravilhosa Dipak e Siri nos ajudaram com as malas e deram todas as orientações sobre os passeios e experiências possíveis em Santorini. E para fechar com chave de ouro, a Cleópatra nos surpreendeu com um bolo em formato de coração, celebrando o aniversário de 4 anos do nosso filho. Um gesto simples, mas que tornou o momento ainda mais especial. O local dispensa descrições: perfeito em todos os detalhes, tudo muito limpo, cama super confortável e uma piscina aquecida deliciosa. Já quero voltar só de lembrar dessa experiência

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sophia Oia View! The view from our room was breathtaking — the perfect Santorini experience. The entire team made us feel so welcome and taken care of. A big thank-you to Cleopatra, the manager, for her warmth and hospitality — she made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Ana, the receptionist, was always friendly and ready to help with any questions or recommendations. And a special thanks to Dipak and Siri, the amazing housekeeping team, who kept our room spotless and always greeted us with a smile. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations — from the comfort of the room to the exceptional service. We would love to come back again and highly recommend Sophia Oia View to anyone visiting Santorini!

The condo is located perfectly in the heart of Oia with amazing views. The plunge pool has the same amazing view and it is much more private than most plunge pools in Oia. Anna met us on arrival and helped us with check-in baggage, Depak and Siri were very responsive for all of our housekeeping, and Cleopatra, the manager, responded promptly to all of our requests and all of our communications. The location and views could not be better. Amazing!

What not get the Room, what we are supposed to get. The Check in was a little bit was a little bit difficult and the assistent there was not able to solve our problem. The room itself was not very clean. Also, the pool not. There has been a few things which were broken. I really can’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel - did not have water for more than 24 hours. More than 75% of the stay. Management did not do anything about it and blamed it on the Government. All nebouring houses and rental facilities had water only Sophia Oia View, which has 4 rental homes - did not now have water. Maintenance staff said the Motor was not strong enough and the neighbours were have more powerful motor, that’s why they were getting water. Management stopped communicating. One of the worst and horrible experience. When you are traveling from USA with kids and don’t have water for majority of your stay. It becomes difficult to stay without basic necessities and sanitation. I will never stay at this place again. I request Expedia to refund our stay.

Where do we start. I would recommend full heartedly anyone who is traveling to Santorini to stay at this property. Aside from the spectacular view, the service was exceptional. Especially our guide Mr. Chrisovalandis. Our flight got delayed, however Chris offered us an extended stay due to this which was extremely kind and helpful to us. We were given the options to book transportation, activities, etc through them as well. The cleanliness of the stay, the pool, the room, etc made the perfect picturesque stay in Greece. We barely even wanted to leave the room! We also ordered breakfast straight to the room from this company, which was wonderful and absolutely exceptional. As frequent travelers, please book your stay with Sophia Oia! You definitely won’t regret it.

Terrible communication. Called three people to find out where to go. Finally when we got in touch, they said helped bring our bags to the room, and informed us there was an issue with the pool of our room (whole reason we stayed there because it was our honeymoon). The manager finally came after saying he would b there in 5 minutes, 25 minutes later he finally came and said he told us what to do which was not true. There was no communication about arrival. There was an issue with the pool and they didn’t have another room with one and would have to offer to transfer us to another sister property which was an upgrade but it was 30 minutes away and not in the area we planned for. Felt like the manager was disingenuous about the whole thing. We had been traveling for over a month and know what to expect and be treated and felt like there was no accountability. We are grateful for the attempt to upgrade us but it was not what we planned for and we did not appreciate the lack of communication and honestly straight up lies.

The property was nice and the location was close to everything we wanted to do in Oia Santorini. However, a little disappointed that we booked the Gateway caldera view with private lunge pool but the pool was out of order so we did not have the Santorini experience that we looked forward to and booked for. Management agreed to offer us a discount/credit for the inconvenience, have to wait and see if Expedia and property will honor.

Great property for a boutique hotel. The property is right in front of a busy photographic area so getting in and out was an issue at times but it didn’t bother us much.

We love everything about this property! We were picked up by the staff from where our taxi dropped us off, ushered us to the room. They are so polite and helpful. We were personally oriented on the property with what kind of amenities we have, etc. Valantis, the manager, also has good eating places recommendations and discounts. The view of the blue dome churches is just awesome, walking distance to Agios Nikolaos, Amoudi bay, and the city center. We were surprised with alot of freebies too! Highly recommended and hopefully we could come back! Thank you Sophia Oia!

A great stay in Sohpia Oia View

I recently stayed at Sophia Oia View and had an incredible experience. The location offers breathtaking views of the caldera, especially at sunset. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. A special mention goes to the hotel manager, Valandis, who was exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
