Very nice, spacious room overlooking the port with a quick and easy walk to the cruise ship shuttle busses. Very comfy bed, I slept great and appreciated the coffee in the morning. The rooms are all off a central hallway with a shared kitchen in the middle. I was worried about noise at night but my fellow guests were super quiet so it all worked out. Would book again.

Check-in is all self service-make sure you get an email with the code to get into your room. We did not get the email and it was a bit of a challenge to get someone on the phone to help. Also remember that the first floor in Europe is not the first floor. The second floor is actually the first. This hotel is in a great location, it is Europe so buildings are old and there is no elevator, so be ready to climb. :) Its a good workout

The property is beautiful, clean, and has a great view. Staff was responsive and management kindly allowed early check-in. Great location within walking distance of the port and nice convenience store downstairs. The owner was very helpful. Just be aware there are many stairs, if you have heavy luggage, this may not be the best choice (we knew about them beforehand).” Do not forget the cooking classes with Federico. Amazing experience.

The room is very spacious and the bathroom is large and included shower gel and shampoo. We had an excellent nights sleep and the bed was super comfy. The kettle and coffee machine are in the main kitchen, another spacious and clean area. The second floor case drag was a pain but we knew that when we booked. The AC worked well as it was 40° when we arrived! We had lunch in Mia Casa (same block) and it was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful too. Getting to the port was an easy walk so worth the stay.

The room was large and very clean. The bathroom was large and had a great shower. There are a lot of cafe's and restaurants nearby. The meeting place to catch tour buses is a very short walk. There are a lot of stairs to get to the guest house, so it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The instructions for entry were very good, but I emailed and messaged a few questions and never got a response back. All in all, this is an excellent guest house and I would highly recommend it to those readying for a cruise as a more relaxing place to stay than Rome, but still with easy access to the sites of Rome. The town is delightful and the walking areas are fun and interesting.

This was the perfect stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. We loved that we could use the hook ups to charge our phones, We also found the filtered and sparkling water from the tap very refreshing. We booked at cruise and the buses to the port were just down the street within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this spot and we may be booking again in the future.
